I bring over 15 years' experience across the NHS, charities, and private practice, supporting clients navigating complex challenges.

The work draws on Transactional Analysis (TA), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and mindfulness. Together, we explore:
I am passionate about questioning the myths around healing and what it truly asks of us. Therapy is not about being ‘fixed’. It is about understanding, acceptance, and conscious choice. I challenge the ‘fix me’ mindset, encouraging clients to meet themselves fully rather than chase an idealised change.
